One of the two main characters in a story I'm writing has started to develop in earnest since I came across a particular photo of Michelle Ryan and realised that she *was* my character (or at least, if I were making a film of my story, she could be the only one who would be cast in that role). It's interesting how a character can really blossom once you can picture them properly in your mind. It's funny, but I had exactly this process happen to me by accident not long ago.
